Up to eight owners are able to hold title in the property under a managed LLC; one person can purchase up to four shares and own 50% of the home.

Next, Red Rock Fractional will hire professional interior designers to furnish and decorate the home so it’s completely turn-key ready for you to reserve your next getaway.

From there, Red Rock Vacation Rentals will professionally manage the property for a monthly fee. Their local team of more than 30 property managers is highly trained in maintenance, cleaning, marketing and revenue management.
