While the energy begins to build at the beginning of the week, Wednesday’s full Pink Moon will reach peak illumination locally at 10:34 p.m. in the sign of Libra at 16 degrees. A full moon symbolizes endings and culminations. What was hidden now becomes exposed. Deep-rooted emotions are unearthed.

A full moon in Libra occurs when the sun is in the opposite sign of Aries and represents the Libra-Aries axis of relationships.

Libra represents the other; Aries represents the self. Collectively, the full moon in Libra is urging us to find a balance when it comes to relationships by considering the needs of the self versus the needs of the other. If the needs of one person in a partnership have tipped the scales, this full moon will illuminate the imbalance to restore equilibrium. In some cases, this could mean a breakup.

At 16 degrees, this full moon could kick up some old wounds from past relationships. Beware of succumbing to emotional triggers or lashing out at a current partner, friend or family member over old hurtful issues. Instead, use this energy to think about how you might better bridge gaps in communication, to feel heard.

This full moon also is asking us to celebrate what we do have in relationships, rather than focusing on what’s missing. Seek out the mellow, especially amid a gaze stuck looking in the rearview.

Also happening this week on Monday, April 3, Mercury will enter Taurus at 10:22 a.m., where it will stay until June 11, an extra-long transit due to it going retrograde toward mid-April. Mercury in Taurus grounds us in the here and now, and we may find ourselves focused more on things that stimulate the five senses. This transit can also indicate a rigidity in thinking, so it’s best to be mindful of narrow-sighted thought.

So what does all of this mean for your sign? Find out below.

Aries
March 21-April 19

Over the last two weeks, you’ve been focusing on yourself and may have made some significant changes. Now, the full moon is asking you to strike a balance in one-on-one partnerships, dear Aries. You may need to find a way to compromise on an important matter that has been lingering and may have to do with matters related to your feeling of freedom.

Perhaps financial strain has caused some agitation, or sensitivities could arise out of memory triggers. Rather than face conflicts head-on, this may be a time to relax into a conversation after spending some time reflecting on any inner turmoil to locate its root. A compromise made now could serve to profoundly deepen a commitment. For single Aries, you may be reflecting on what you want in a partnership and find yourself longing for a solid commitment.

Taurus
April 20-May 20

Following a few weeks of feeling a little more withdrawn, this full moon will be lighting up a part of the sky that for you deals with work, service and health, dear Taurus. Now is a time when you may see clearly how some habit has been deeply affecting your well-being and be inspired to quit or make a change. This also could deal with the habit of a partner or co-worker that’s personally affecting you, and now it’s time to speak up.

Sometimes, a full moon can feel like a rude awakening, as it can be impossible to escape from some part of reality that needs your attention. Or perhaps someone in your home or at work isn’t quite pulling their weight, which is causing you unnecessary stress.  Focus on what can be done, rather than letting the chaos of the unknown trigger anxious thoughts.

Gemini
May 21–June 20

The last two weeks may have seen a renewal in friendships and future outlook, but now the full moon pulls your attention to matters closely related to the heart, dear Gemini. A full moon in the fifth house of pleasure wants to be adored or admired for individuality. If you haven’t been receiving enough attention lately from close loved ones, this could feel like a pinch point. It may be time that you need to speak from your heart and tell someone what you need.

For single Geminis, you’ll likely be pining for a deeply romantic spark in potential connections and won’t be satisfied with anything mediocre. With your ruling planet Mercury now in your 12th house of divine connection until June, you may need a little more rest, a desire to escape may be more pronounced and your dreams and imagination will be hyperactive.

Cancer
June 21–July 22

Over the last two weeks, you may have seen renewals when it comes to your career and public reputation, but now the full moon is turning your focus toward home, dear Cancer. Since the moon rules Cancer and is home in the fourth house, the need for security and protection are energies you know well. In terms of relationships, this energy could manifest as a need to find more security with a partner or vice versa. If you’ve been burning the midnight oil, you may have been accidentally neglecting a relationship or avoiding relationships altogether.

At the same time, there is a drive now to network and build a solid foundation that benefits your long-range goals. So this push and pull, between home and career, could stir up inner turmoil. It’s important to reflect now on how to find a balance between your future and present security.

Leo
July 23–August 22

For the last two weeks, you may have felt a longing to inject your life with more adventure or an escape from reality. Now, the full moon is shining a spotlight on matters dealing with communication or short-distance that have been pushed under the rug. Perhaps you’ve been veering around a conversation with a partner or close friend; now is the time when you won’t be able to avoid it anymore. Single Leos could meet someone while out and about in their community.

You may feel pushed in your career to make changes and realign yourself with your highest-aiming career goals, which could complicate matters with a partner, as you’re still seeking clarity. Use the energy now to tackle mundane tasks, which could be at the crux of your recent restlessness and desire to escape.

Virgo
Aug. 23–Sept. 22

For the last two weeks, there’s been a focus on matters related to intimacy and shared resources. Now with the full moon in your second house, your attention is being pulled toward self-worth and comfort, dear Virgo. If you’ve been giving too much of yourself, now is a time when your needs become a priority. You may have to deal with an unexpected expense, which further pushes you to find a balance with a partner.

With your ruling planet Mercury now in the ninth house, you’re also seeking adventure and ways to expand your understanding of the world, which could have you pushing to change how you spend leisure time with a loved one. Just be sure not to push too hard. Single Virgos may see how devaluing themselves is impeding the development of a special connection. Acknowledging deep-rooted emotions and being open to a perceptual shift offers a way to move forward.

Libra
Sept. 23–Oct. 22

For the last two weeks, close one-on-one relationships have taken a central focus, energy you know well, dear Libra. But now the full moon is happening in your sign, pushing you to focus on yourself. This could incite heightened emotions of feeling left out or looked past. Rather than succumb to emotional outbursts, try to take an assertive approach with those in your life who may have been taking you for granted. It’s OK to put your needs first sometimes, or at least balance the scales.

This also is a time when your thoughts are turning inward to the deepest level of yourself, as you seek to find what’s real. Just make sure not to lose yourself in the depths of self-investigation. For single Libras, this is not a time to hide inside. Take a walk, browse a local farmers market or plan an unusual date to show off that Libran charm. In general, a full moon only happens once a year in each sign, so make this one count.

Scorpio
Oct. 23–Nov. 21

Over the last two weeks, you’ve likely been implementing changes when it comes to your health or day-to-day routine, dear Scorpio. But now, the full moon illuminates your 12th house, turning your focus to hidden matters and the subconscious. A secret or private matter may now be revealed and could concern someone close to you. It’s time to face whatever surfaces and heal at a deep level. Issues over the shared workload of mundane tasks and not feeling appreciated could surface now.

This full moon also could indicate a work project coming to a completion, which then frees you to enjoy time with others in a way that feels like an escape from reality. Single Scorpios could meet someone in the coming weeks that feels otherworldly or divinely inspired.

Sagittarius
Nov. 22–Dec. 21

Over the last two weeks, you’ve been chasing after what pleases you and ignites your fire. Now, the full moon is lighting up your 11th house of friendships and future outlook, asking you to shift your attention onto your connection with the world at large, dear Sagittarius. With your mind now on matters of routine, it’s important for you not to forget the potent power of belief when it comes to manifesting a love that fulfills you at the soul level.

As the 11th house is about reaching up and obtaining our highest ideals, it’s also important to keep your feet on the ground. Relationships cannot be sustained on optimism and fun alone, they do require a foundation of inner security and a willingness to be vulnerable.

Capricorn
Dec. 22–Jan. 19

For the last two weeks, you’ve likely been focusing on matters related to home and comfort, dear Capricorn. Now the full moon is pulling your attention to your career and public reputation and pushing you into the spotlight. Your feelings are on the surface now, and it will be much harder to keep how you feel undercover. Trouble with a partner could arise over career matters. Either they are feeling neglected, or you are. And you are being asked to communicate how you feel by exposing the truth of what your heart is saying.

For some, this full moon could indicate a career change, which could ultimately affect the status of a relationship. Single Capricorns could meet someone now who is mature or more serious.

Aquarius
Jan. 20–Feb. 18

For the last two weeks, you’ve likely seen renewals in how you communicate and have gained new insight into how you think, but you also may have been feeling a little dragged down by the mundane. Now, the full moon illuminates your ninth house of higher wisdom and adventure, pushing you to shake things up with a partner. Trying something new or planning a road trip will help to inject new energy and reignite the spark. Without this, feelings of stagnation could cause agitation or restlessness and stir up unnecessary problems. This also could indicate some issues with faith or trust in someone close to you. Or, for those single, you could be seeing how trust issues are impeding a desire for closeness.

You are gaining a deeper understanding of yourself now through the eyes of those closest to you. On the homefront, some Aquarians may feel that something isn’t quite right and be pushed to make a change.

Pisces
Feb. 19 – March 20

For the last two weeks, you’ve likely seen changes in how you value yourself or how you spend money, dear Pisces. Now, the full moon is lighting up your eighth house, pulling your focus to matters of shared resources and intimacy. For some, this could reveal imbalances related to your needs and the needs of another. Now is the time to speak up and communicate your needs. Doing so nurtures your self-worth, which, if afflicted, could be at the crux of an unfulfilling relationship or be hindering you from attracting the partner you want.

This full moon also could indicate a financial windfall or uncover a new way to make money. A secret could be revealed over the next weeks, whether from you or someone else, that profoundly alters your perspective.
