Solenté: Where luxury meets nature for club-style living in Washington City

CONTRIBUTED CONTENT —A flourishing sector of Washington City is on the cusp of hosting Solenté, a master-planned, gated community aimed at luxury living while championing sustainability and integration with the surrounding environment. Developers GWC Capital and Blue Diamond Capital, renowned for their creation of Desert Color in St. George, are at the helm of Solenté’s development. Solenté will offer another incredible product with custom estate homes, club components and views of the surrounding red rock.

The project is progressing quickly with the guard gate, trailheads and sales center under construction. Home sites are available to purchase through the Solenté Group, which is part of Red Rock Real Estate. Phase 1A, which includes 25 lots, has been released, with 10 lots already secured under contract.

Adam Legg, CEO of Red Rock Real Estate, provided insight into the timeline for Solenté’s development, revealing that the first homes are set to “go vertical” in the coming months.

“These will be custom estate homes, allowing people to build their dream home, their retirement home or their second home,” said Jessica Orvin, Sales Manager for the Solenté Group. “Elements of the community will have a Santorini feel, so it is going to be coastal modern, blended with the area’s stunning desert landscape. This is a unique project, and we are delighted to be introducing it in Southern Utah.”

For the 2025 St. George Area Parade of Homes, Solenté has secured the expertise of multiple esteemed builders. These builders are known for their custom, high-end homes typically ranging from $2 million to $5 million in price.

“We are excited to have some incredible builders be part of Solenté and specifically the 2025 parade,” Legg explained. “They have beautiful designs, exquisite craftsmanship and detailed Southern Utah homes that will showcase the epitome of Solenté luxury living.”

A significant component of the Solenté community will be access to local trails. The development includes plans to improve the trailheads and trail access for community residents and the public alike.

Efforts are already underway to enhance trailheads, beginning with the transformation of the Grapevine Trailhead to include restroom facilities, water access, bike stations, equestrian stations and parking.

Within this exclusive gated community, residents and guests will be greeted with a curated selection of amenities and personalized services, all set against the stunning backdrop of nature’s wonders.

Construction of club amenities is slated to commence in the next year, with plans for a beautiful clubhouse featuring a restaurant, expansive swimming pools, fitness, pickleball and tennis courts, trails, outdoor recreation and more.

Reflecting on Solenté’s progress, Legg expressed enthusiasm, saying how thrilled he is with the momentum Solenté has established in recent months.
