Utah Highway Patrol Cpl. Wright told St. George News that the incident occurred around 6 a.m.

Wright said that the driver of the semi reported he felt the vehicle drifting too far into the other the lane, over-corrected, and rolled the vehicle onto its side near mile marker 13 on I-15.

The truck and trailer came to a complete stop with its back end still blocking one lane of the interstate.

Traffic flowed around the truck as an incident and clean up crew arrived. The scene was cleared pretty quickly, Wright said, around 9:50 a.m.

The driver of the semi refused medical treatment. The investigation still ongoing and no citations have been issued.

This report is based on statements by law enforcement personnel and may not include the full scope of the findings.
