Troopers investigating cause of fatal crash in Washington County

ST. GEORGE — The Utah Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal rollover near Enterprise in Southern Utah that occurred in the early morning hours. Utah Highway Patrol Capt. Quince Bruer told St. George News that a man died after being ejected when his pickup truck rolled.

Former St. George youth facility staff member arrested for suspected child abuse

ST. GEORGE — A staff member of a residential youth crisis center on St. George Boulevard was arrested Thursday on a suspected child abuse charge following an altercation with a resident that was broken up by other staff members. The suspect was terminated following the incident.
