The festivities will kick off on Wednesday, Jan. 24 at 11:30 a.m. with a ribbon cutting at the Solis sales office, and members of the Washington City Council will be in attendance.

What can interested buyers expect from Solis?
Solis features nine floor plans which range from 1,630 square feet to 2,780 square feet. Floor plans are broken down into a three-part series, which include three series: Desert, Sky and Monument.
The latest designs have been created by Cole West director of architecture Gentry Griffin and his team, and Havertz said they’ve taken the time to ensure each floor plan shines. The entire community, including the amenities, has a focus on livability and lifestyle and is built to create the ultimate atmosphere for homeowners.
Cole West’s meticulous planning is evident in the comprehensive amenities at the Solis community center. The facility will showcase a multi-purpose room, meeting spaces for card games and a fully equipped fitness gym. Outdoors, residents can enjoy common areas for socializing plus a community pool with an integrated oversized spa, Shamu shelves with loungers and a captivating negative edge offering breathtaking views of the natural red rocks leading to Zion National Park.
“Within the community, you’ll find walking trails,” Havertz said. “You’re going to get a spa. You’re going to get a fitness center, bocce ball courts and pickleball courts and all of that, which is really unique.”
Solis will also have a community lifestyle director who will lead clubs and events, bringing people together.
“’Where you’d rather be’ is not just a tagline for us,” she said. “It’s something we really live by and try to achieve.”
During the open house, attendees will not only be able to walk floor plans but also see the community center/clubhouse that’s already under construction – something that sets Cole West apart.
“We start building amenities as soon as possible, which isn’t common,” Havertz said. “When you move in, you’re going to be able to enjoy it. You’re going to be able to go hang out in the pool and the spa.”
Outside of the impressive HOA amenities, a 2-mile trail will also circle the community. And right outside your front door is full access to the Coral Canyon trail system, allowing residents to hike, bike, walk or run.
As if all that wasn’t enough, Solis is located on top of a mesa which provides spectacular views you won’t find anywhere else. The community will have stunning red rock vistas and overlook Southern Utah landmarks such as Zion and Snow Canyon.

In addition, Solis will be home to a parade home during the St. George Area Parade of Homes next month. Touring the home will give visitors a chance to walk the community.
