At approximately 4:10 p.m., a green sedan was traveling north on Interstate 15 when it went off the road to the left, Utah Highway Patrol Lt. Randy Riches told St. George News. The driver corrected to the right, rolling the vehicle into the median, where it came to rest.

The cause of the crash is still unclear as the driver “didn’t give a plausible reason,” Riches said, adding that they issued a citation for “failure to operate within a single lane.”

The vehicle’s two occupants wore their seat belts and sustained minor injuries. They were not transported to a hospital, Riches said.

The Parogonah Fire Department and Gold Cross also responded to the call.
