Red Cliffs Mall is in tune with what today’s shoppers want and need. The mall will soon welcome a new anchor store, Al’s Sporting Goods, along with three restaurants. Southern Utah foodies can look forward to Jay Bird’s, serving up delectable Nashville-style hot chicken; Kaiseki Sushi, providing an upscale Japanese dining experience; and WannaCinn, offering devilishly delicious cinnamon rolls.

Heading over to historic downtown St. George, Callister highlighted a few new eateries that will be welcoming customers with a sweet tooth in the coming weeks. Main Street is home to two new dessert places, The Chocolate Geographer and Paletas gourmet creamsicles, while Ancestor Square is adding Bee Sweet ice cream and coffee.

“Dessert’s a big thing here,” he said. “Everybody wants more restaurants? Well, they’re coming, St. George!”
