Man charged with felony for allegedly stealing 2 White Claws, 1 poster and lube in Cedar City

CEDAR CITY — A man who was arrested in Cedar City for allegedly shoplifting two cans of alcoholic beverages, a bottle of personal lubricant and a poster, is facing a felony theft charge in connection with the case.

Southern Utah police officer injured in dirt bike crash welcomed home after hospital release

ST. GEORGE — The Washington City Police officer found seriously injured at the bottom of a 20-foot slot canyon in the Warner Valley area following a motorcycle crash in March was released after spending more than a month in the hospital. A crowd of family members and fellow officers gathered to welcome him home.
