Traditionally, house hunters either have to schedule an appointment with a realtor or go into the model and talk to the sales agent. Models are usually open during the hours when most people are working, Relei said, which makes access difficult.
Some buyers feel more comfortable touring a home on their own and taking their time looking at everything without listening to a sales pitch and answering questions, he added. With this in mind, Visionary Homes provides Tour on Your Time users the option to request a follow-up call from a sales agent after the tour. All models have sales info displayed if the buyer prefers to reach out on their own terms.
With Tour on Your Time, buyers can enjoy instant, independent access. Just follow these directions:
- Call the phone number on the front door, or download the NterNow mobile app for iOS or Android.
- Answer the identity verification questions.
- Punch in the one-time use code, open the door, and you’re in!
- For a private tour, close the door behind you.
- As you leave, close the front door to re-secure the home. Be sure to relock any other doors you may have unlocked while touring.
The system is simple and secure, Relei said.
Buyers can use Tour on Your Time to access two models in St. George’s Desert Color community, a single-family home at 673 W. Fire Sky Drive and a condo at 5801 S. Garnet Drive, Unit 4-101. There’s also a model available in the Azalea Townhomes development in Ivins at 350 W. Old Highway 91, Unit 10. The properties are ready to tour from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day of the week.
