What exactly is a “man cave”? Each unit provides plenty of storage for boats, motorcycles, RVs, ATVs and more. And with options including a kitchen, a bathroom, a stackable washer/dryer and a loft for relaxing and hanging out, it’s the perfect space to unwind after a fun day of outdoor adventures.

Dixie Man Caves are secure, climate-controlled and fully customizable. Customers can choose from a variety of floor plans depending on how much space they need.

“In this one, we have a 30-foot bumper-pulled trailer. We’ve had two UTVs in here; we’ve had boats backed in completely with the truck connected and still had room,” co-owner Jake Miller said. “It’s actually kind of shocking what you can fit in here.”

Discover your home away from home at Dixie Man Caves. Use it as a base camp for exploring Southern Utah’s wilderness or hosting an epic Super Bowl party. Add a ping-pong table, a climbing wall or even a hot tub – the possibilities are endless. In fact, Miller said he’s been approached by a professional drummer who wanted to build a soundproof studio in his unit.

“We’re not limited on anything,” he added. “It is a rectangle box, and you can do a lot of things with a rectangle box.”
