June 6, 1947-March 14, 2024

Poutoa Iafeta, 76 years old, loving father and grandfather, survived by five of his siblings, three of his children, 13 of his grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He went home to be with the Lord on March 14, 2024, in St. George, Utah. He was born on June 6, 1947 in Apia, Western Samoa, to Touli and Solonaima Iafeta.

He was raised in Apia, Western Samoa. One of his main hobbies was fishing and listening to music. He also loved spending time with his family. His places of residence included Western Samoa, America Samoa, as well as Hawaii and California. As a kid he used to play volleyball, rugby and watch cricket in his free time. He’s also a retired army veteran that served in the Vietnam War. Although he may be absent from this world, he will always be present in our hearts and with the Lord. We love you Dad/Papa!
