Homeowners can save thousands of dollars over the first three years of their loan by taking advantage of this exclusive offer. Interest rates are constantly in flux but could start as low as 4.4%, making monthly payments as low as $2,378.
The 3/2/1 buydown program is only available to buyers who obtain a loan through First Colony Mortgage and go under contract on specific quick move-in homes in Divario before the end of the year. Buyers must close escrow prior to Jan. 31, 2024.
