Red Rock Real Estate recently joined forces with the local branch of Cherry Creek Mortgage as a new strategic financial partner, a move that solidifies its position at the forefront of the real estate industry in Southern Utah.

Serving the greater St. George area since 2005, Cherry Creek Mortgage currently ranks among the top 40 mortgage lenders nationwide in terms of volume and is Utah’s largest lender of FHA-insured home equity conversion mortgage loans for seniors age 62 and older. The group funds all loans, purchases and refinances, no matter the type or size of the loan.
Cherry Creek Mortgage aims to make the lending process simple.
