Neurofeedback Centers of Utah is an alternative and holistic health facility based in St. George offering neurofeedback, biofeedback and mental health therapy services.

Much like neurofeedback, biofeedback is a drug-free, painless and noninvasive method of teaching individuals how to control their autonomic nervous system, including heart rate, breathing, skin temperature and focus.

First conceived in 1865 and proven viable in 1885, biofeedback enjoys over 100 years of research and efficacy. Approved by the Food and Drug Administration for extreme relaxation and muscle re-education, biofeedback has proven itself effective in treating stroke victims, lessening the hyperactivity associated with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder – or ADHD – and much more.

“We thought it was a match made in heaven,” center director Marshall Staheli said in a press release. “Our clients will definitely benefit from the one, two combination of Neurofeedback and Biofeedback. The opportunity to offer both interventions under one roof is extremely rare. According to our research there are less than ten facilities in the United States that offer both.”

Raelara Tilden, clinical director and biofeedback specialist, said, “My husband, Preston and I have always been fascinated with Neurofeedback so the opportunity to team up with Neurofeedback Centers of Utah has us very excited.”

The couple owns the Tranquil Life Family Innovations Biofeedback clinic in Las Vegas and recently moved to St. George.

Tilden spends half of her week at the clinic in Las Vegas while her husband is the in-house biofeedback specialist at the Neurofeedback Center in St. George.

“We hope to be operating multiple Biofeedback systems within the next 12 months,” he said.

Founded in 2013, Neurofeedback Centers of Utah conducts over 9,000 neurofeedback sessions annually. For more information call 435-216-7370 or click here.
