ST. GEORGE — At the Dixie State University’s Trailblazer Stadium, the Canyon Media and Dixie State teams are hard at work getting ready for the annual KONY Country’s “4th of July Celebration” on Wednesday.
Teams set up the stage Monday night, and Wednesday morning the speakers and screens will be brought in and set up before the show.
The event will feature award-winning country music singer Scotty McCreery, with opening act Tim Gates and the biggest fireworks show in Southern Utah.
Gates open at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are available at 999konycountry.com for $10 per person.
