“It’s been fun so far,” owner Meradith Seiler said. “We already have some ladies who are frequent shoppers, and it’s fun to see and hear their excitement when they find our new stuff.”
Real Deals shoppers will find clocks, mirrors, candles, wall art, lamps, kitchen and bath items, seasonal décor and furniture along with unique gifts. And don’t forget to browse their extensive selection of bags, shoes, jewelry, jeans, sweaters, dresses and more in sizes S-3X.
“Girls and ladies of all ages can feel comfortable in our clothing,” Seiler said.
At Real Deals, the value is every bit as impressive as the selection. If you find something you like, don’t hesitate to buy it. Inventory changes weekly, so what you see today might be sold out the next time you stop by.
“We only get so many of each item, and when it’s gone, it’s gone,” Seiler said. “You can still be on trend, but not everybody in town is going to be wearing what you’re wearing.”

Here’s how it works: Customers visit Real Deals and get a sealed envelope that contains a surprise discount, such as 25% off any item or 15% off their entire purchase. When they come back, they open the envelope with Seiler and her team to reveal their savings.

After spending 14 years as a hospice care nurse, Seiler was ready for a change. She had always enjoyed shopping at her local Real Deals store in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and once she and her husband David relocated to St. George in search of warmer winters, they decided to bring the franchise to Southern Utah.
“Everything fell into place quickly in the beginning. We found the warehouse that we’re in now within a week,” she said. “We felt like it was meant to be.”
Ranked as one of Entrepreneur magazine’s Top 500 Franchises, the Real Deals brand encompasses 69 independently owned and operated locations across 19 states and four Canadian provinces. Since the beginning, the family-owned company has focused on helping women succeed. Every shop is full of hand-picked items from around the world, and Real Deals owners work closely with vendors to keep overhead low and pass those savings along to customers.
Real Deals is located at 135 N. 900 East in St. George. Although most customers use their GPS, which will lead them to a small parking lot just off 900 East, to find it, better access is available through the driveway between the El Patrón Mexican restaurant and St. George Spa on St. George Boulevard. This driveway leads to a large private parking lot right in front of the shop. Business hours are Thursday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
“We really appreciate the reception we’ve had so far,” Seiler said. “We look forward to being here for years and bringing more goodies to St. George.”
