FEATURE — Southern Utah’s live music scene is flourishing and the Canyon Media crew is back to highlighting local musicians. So gather around for another session of “Paper Jams.”
Coming to you from Cloud 9 Studios at Canyon Media, this month’s edition features Las Vegas-based musician, entertainer, producer and vocalist Cole Sherratt.

Sherratt skillfully weaves elements of pop, rock and R&B into his covers and original music. Often performing as part of a duo or ensemble as well as a one-man band, he incorporates live looping into many of his songs, which instantly adds multiple instruments to the mix.
For his appearance on Paper Jams, Sherratt shared his original song “Seasons” along with a cover of one of his favorite jams, The Police’s “Message in a Bottle.” He’s excited to release his debut album later this year.
Sherratt has been featured on HBO and NBC and has toured internationally, including with the Disney and Norwegian cruise lines. If you’re heading to Sin City for the weekend, he performs regularly at MGM and Boyd casino properties throughout the Las Vegas area. He also occasionally visits Southern Utah for gigs at local hotspots like Hive 435, George’s Corner and the Bumbleberry Inn.
