Tom Durrant (R) recently announced his candidacy for Washington County Assessor.

With over 18 years of experience at the Assessor’s Office, he has the skill, expertise, and support to ensure our community is properly served. He is dedicated to maintaining the public trust, responsible stewardship of resources, and fair and equitable assessments.

Tom has 25 years of real estate industry experience which includes appraisal, assessment administration, construction, sales, and property management. As Operations Manager, Tom currently oversees day-to-day general operations at the Washington County Assessor’s Office, which include personnel management, program planning and implementation, analysis and utilization of assessment tools, and development of cost-effective solutions to meet office goals and objectives. By being involved and providing leadership in virtually every aspect of the Assessor’s Office, he has earned the trust and respect of the County Assessor, his leadership team, supervisors, and personnel.
