State Bank of Southern Utah celebrates the expansion of their mortgage loan team

ST. GEORGE — State Bank of Southern Utah (SBSU) announced the addition of Tanner Gatchell to their mortgage loan team. Gatchell has multiple years in the real estate industry, both as a licensed realtor and as a title company marketing officer. He will bring this expertise to the bank’s mortgage department.

“There were a lot of factors in my decision to join State Bank,” Gatchell said. “The main reason is the bank’s overall reputation. State Bank is known for its involvement in the community on the outside and good quality work on the inside. I saw a great opportunity for growth in a department with very capable leaders and coworkers.”

With Gatchell’s previous experience in real estate and marketing as well as his lifelong exposure to the industry, Mortgage Operations Manager Steven Bradbury hopes Gatchell will help the team connect with more buyers, agents, and builders.

“Tanner’s expertise in multiple aspects of real estate gives him the knowledge and confidence to bring out the positives that State Bank has to offer and reach more people than we ever have in the past,” Bradbury said. “He is the perfect person for the job.”

Although solid growth has been enjoyed over the years, the same spirit of helping other people achieve their financial dreams is still important to State Bank.
