ST. GEORGE — Heather Williamson, of Americans For Prosperity-Utah, will be the featured speaker at the Dixie Republican Forum meeting Thursday at 7 p.m., at the Washington County Commission Chambers 197 E. Tabernacle in St. George. Williamson will be speaking in opposition to the proposed tax increase for government schools in Utah.
Heather Williamson resides in Saratoga Springs is a mother of four, and currently works as Deputy State Director for Americans for Prosperity Utah. She has previously worked for Libertas Institute, FreedomWorks, and United States Senator Mike Lee. Heather has served as a national delegate and as an elected member of the UTGOP Executive and State Central Committees. Having been actively involved in Utah politics for the past 10 years, she has earned the nicknames “grassroots guru” and “politico-extraordinaire.”
