City announces first annual Employee Art Exhibit and opening

ST. GEORGE – The Community Arts Division is organizing the First Annual City of St. George Employee Art Exhibit during the month of May.

The City of St. George Employee Exhibit will run from May 1–29 in the Red Cliff Gallery located at the City Commons Building, 220 N. 200 E. in St. George. The Employee Exhibit has been planned to recognize and appreciate the talents of our colleagues including regular full and part-time staff members.

The Exhibit will include all types of art; paintings, sculptures, pastels, pottery, watercolors, ceramics, photography, quilts, mixed media, needlepoint, weaving, crochet, wood, metal – the list goes on.

The First Annual City of St. George Employee Art Exhibit Reception will occur on Friday May 1, 2015 from 4:30-6 p.m. in the Red Cliff Gallery, City Commons Building. This will be an opportunity for all artists to talk about their art and interact with family and friends, administrators, colleagues and the general public. Light refreshments will be provided.
