Annual Arbor Day Celebration

Make plans to help beautiful Tonaquint Nature Center and the trail surrounding the premises this weekend. The community service project will be held on Saturday, April 26 from 9:00am to 1:00pm. All volunteers that come out and help with the planting of trees will receive a hotdog, chips and a cold bottle of water in return for their hard work and support.

If you need take a break from planting, pruning and general clean-up, there will be free crafts for guests inside the Nature Center to make and youth summer program information available so you can start planning your children’s summer activities.

This special community event is sponsored by the City of St. George Leisure Service Department, the Shadetree Board and Star Nursery. The Tonaquint Nature Center is located within Tonaquint Park, 1851 South Dixie Drive.
