American Association of University Women hold St. George Gala

ST. GEORGE – The St. George Branch of the American Association of University Women has scheduled Nov. 5 to celebrate the women of greater St. George in a night of inspiration and fund raising at the Abbey Inn on Bluff Street.

Speakers for the evening include Mayor Jon Pike and Kristie Pike, Sharon Richens, Richard “Biff” Williams, Keynote Speaker Pat Jones, CEO, Women’s Leadership Institute and 2016 Scholarship Recipient Jodi Bracken.

Proceeds from gala ticket sales and open and silent auctions go to the branch’s unique scholarship and mentoring program which, for 36 years, has assisted deserving women of all ages in need of assistance to continue or resume their post-secondary education.
