CEDAR CITY – The family of Deborah Carver, reported missing in April, is offering a $10,000 reward for information about her disappearance.
Carver, 59, was last seen in Cedar City on April 28, and suffers from multiple health conditions, including dementia, according to the Cedar City Police Department.
The circumstances surrounding Carver’s disappearance are still under investigation, but police have little information to go on, the department said in its statement issued Tuesday morning.
“Investigators are hopeful that the announcement made by the family offering the reward will be incentive for anyone with information to come forward and assist in the investigation,” the statement said.
The reward offered by Carver’s family reads :
$10,000.00 reward for information leading to the discovery of Deborah Carver.
Reward must be claimed within six (6) months of providing the information leading to the discovery of Deborah Carver; if multiple leads come in from more than one source which result in the discovery of Deborah Carver, the $10.000.00 reward shall be divided between the persons providing the information.
