HILDALE – A 26-year-old Hildale man was arrested Sunday for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Police responded to a Hildale residence, where the father of a 17-year-old girl reported that Francisco Sergio Chareca had sexual intercourse with his daughter, Hildale Police Officer Samuel Johnson said in a probable cause statement supporting the arrest.
After interviewing the girl, police learned the man and girl had sexual intercourse “a couple times,” the statement said, and that they had sent multiple nude photos to each other via cellphone and Facebook.
According to the statement, the girl and her parents allowed police to look at the messages on the girl’s phone.
“There were at least two nude photos sent from (Chareca’s) phone of his genitals,” Johnson wrote in the statement.
Chareca was arrested and booked into the Washington County Purgatory Correctional Facility.
He was charged with third-degree felony unlawful sexual conduct with a 16- or 17-year-old under Utah code 76-5-401(2)(b), which states a person commits unlawful sexual activity with a minor by engaging in any sexual act with the minor involving the genitals of one person and the mouth or anus of another person, regardless of the sex of either participant.
Chareca’s bail pending trial is scheduled at $5,000.
Persons arrested or charged are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law or as otherwise decided by a trier-of-fact.

So the only black guy in Hildale gets charged with sex with a minor, yet a good portion of the other male residents have sex with twelve year old girls AND boys, and it’s okay? He must not have been, well never mind.
Why is it, all the other white boys don’t get a picture in the paper when they have sex with a minor in hilldale, except warren jeff of course.
Well, he can always plead to the judge that “she said she was 18 at the time”. Can’t use that excuse with a 12 year old, which is the norm up there.
