Game Outlook: How can we expect anything but a barnburner in this one after these two teams’ first couple of meetings. At Snow Canyon back in mid-January, the Warriors won 55-52 despite 25 from Nielson. Just over two weeks ago, Snow Canyon clinched the region with a 46-44 win at Cedar after the Redmen missed a game-winning trey at the buzzer.

Game Outlook: These are the two hottest teams in 3A, based on those two monster winning streaks. Obviously something’s got to give. Morgan won pretty easily in the quarterfinals with Murdock helping the Trojans pull away in the third quarter. As for the Lions, they trailed most of the game against Pine View, but put together an impressive fourth quarter and made just enough free throws to gain entrance into the semifinals.
