It was a minor accident that required the whole Hurricane police force to respond. When asked why they had this to say: “Every Hurricane cop is a hero and should respond to all situations. They have nothing better to do as they don’t write tickets for theft or hit and runs.”

I was expecting this to be a really bad accident, I was headed to Wal Mart at 6:30 last night and they had every cop, ambulance and fire truck in the city responding to the accident. I could tell Traffice wasn’t going anywhere so I flipped around and went back home to avoid the hassel. I was anticipating hearing that someone had died in the accident with all the hoop-la that was made over it. I am glad to hear that no one was seriously injured. The local police here really need to find something better to do with there time.

In the City, 1 Officer to do paperwork, 1 to do diagram of accident, 2 Officers to handle Traffic Control, and 1 Supervisor to oversee the incident.
Out on the Interstate 1 Trooper doing it all.
